With some 7,500 acres owned and leased, and over twenty heated pits and blinds, this property also offers fantastic waterfowl hunting in flooded corn, bean and millet fields. Combo-up for some great action on mallards, pintail, widgeon, gadwall, wood ducks and teal!

Sporting clays course also available on fifteen beautiful acres surrounding the Lodge.

It is recommended that all hunters shoot a practice round the
day before hunting.
Please try to arrive around 3:00p.m. the day before your hunt
to shoot sporting clays.
It is recommended that you schedule sporting clays in advance if you would like to shoot during your stay.

Not Included in the price:
· Airport pick-up. Shuttle service is available P.O.R.; however most clients simply rent a vehicle at the airport and drive          themselves to the ranch.
· Licenses
· Guns and shells. These are available at the ranch for a charge. Most hunters will prefer to bring their own personal               shotguns on this hunt. Ammunition can be purchased locally with a valid hunting license.

Deposit Policy
A payment of 50% of your total hunt is due when making your reservations.

Cancellation Policy:
 If you are booking a fall hunt, (September-December) all balances must be paid by September 1st. Winter hunts (January-March) must be paid in full 60 days before the scheduled hunt.
A process fee of 10% of your total booking will be charged when canceling.
After September 1st (Fall hunts) and less than 60 days (Winter hunts) your entire deposit will be lost.
If someone in our original booking does not show, you will be charged the full amount, for original amount booked.
