- In the event of a 45 day written cancellation, hunt may be rescheduled within the same hunting season where there is availability, or may be assigned to anyone who does not already have a deposit paid.
- "Rain checks" will be issued if hunts are cancelled
due to inclement weather prior to arrival
at the lodge.
