Daily Rate
$425 - 1 client with 1 professional hunter (1x1)
$325 - 2 clients with 1 professional hunter (2x1)
$185 - Non-hunting observer
(Children 15 and under at 50% observer rate)
$220 - Cameraman and editing of hunt
The Daily rates include:
1x1 services of professional hunter and
skinner/tracker.
Pick up and drop off at Port Elizabeth airport.
Accommodation, meals and laundry.
Field preparation of trophies & hunting
licenses.
All land transportation, vehicle and fuel
(double cabs / hunting vehicles).
Not included in the Daily Rate:
Trophy fees
Firearm rental at $30/day and $3/bullet
Dip & Pack of trophies at $90/trophy. This
fee includes the packaging of
trophies according to EU standards, obtaining all export permits, an
inspection of trophies by the state vet and pick up by international
shipping agent. Trophies to be checked on arrival at port of entry
into
the country by hunting client or representative nominated by client.
Queries to be made within 7 days of arrival.
Gratuities / tips; alcoholic beverages
A charge of $185 per person per day will be
levied for an extra night that is not a hunting day.
Extra excursions organized for non-hunting
observers.

Terms of Business
Deposit: $1500 per hunter and $500 per observer
is required to confirm booking / safari.
No deposits will be refunded if client cancels
after 1 October the year
prior to the safari, unless the safari can be rebooked. In all other
instances, the deposit is 50% refundable.
Safari to be paid in full upon completion of hunt.
All payments to be made in cash, traveler's
cheques, certified bank drafts,
bank guaranteed personal cheques or by credit card. MasterCard, Visa
& American Express are accepted, 5% service fee will be charged on
credit cards.
